Account Cancellation & Forfeiture

Rules 1–8
Eligibility & Claiming Bonuses

Only registered real-account players are eligible for promotions. Bonuses are given once per household/IP address.

Bonuses must be claimed before starting play. Requests made after wagering has begun will be refused.

Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and transferred to withdrawable balance only after all wagering requirements are met.

Players with pending withdrawals are not eligible to claim bonuses until those withdrawals are processed or cancelled.

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or used on top of an existing playable balance. Each promotion is for the intended recipient only.

Bonuses may be refused at management’s discretion where abuse is suspected. All promotions can be terminated or changed without prior notice.
Rules 9–16
Wagering, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit bonuses are cashable with a minimum deposit of AU$20. Wagering requirements are 30× the sum of deposit plus bonus.

Withdrawals from deposit bonuses must be initiated within 150 days from coupon redemption. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of winnings.

Roulette restrictions: Bets on Red/Black and European Roulette are not allowed while an active bonus is in play. Winnings from restricted bets will be voided.
12.
No-deposit bonuses have a maximum cash-out limit. Two or more consecutive free bonuses without a real money deposit in between are not permitted.
14.
Winnings from deposit-based bonuses are not honoured if the awarded deposit is below AU$5.

The maximum weekly withdrawal per player is AU$7,500. Fair Go reserves the right to set higher or lower limits at its discretion.

1.Buy-ins, Add-ons, and Re-Buys are deducted from your real money balance. Bonus funds cannot be used for tournament entry.
2.Standard casino bonus terms apply to tournament buy-ins. Players excluded from bonuses cannot enter tournaments using bonus funds.
3.If you disconnect during tournament play, the slot will not spin on your behalf. Reconnect within the tournament time to continue; otherwise your Win Box total remains static.
